Charge type specifies how & when the resources 'll be charged for a job
ex : In case of wip move the resources 'll be charged when you move the PO
PO receipt is appllicable only for OSPs and it means resources 'll be charged when you receive the OSP PO

work starts in dep 1 - resources charged $2 i.e the cost associated with the resources used in dep 1
work starts in dep 2 - resources charged $2 & new material used $1
Dep 3 - The finished good is complete but it needs to be painted which is done in another company- you send that FG to that company and receive it through a PO - Cost associated $5.
